I for one am quite satisfied with the performance of the current FREE version -I run the stand alone version (then no security problems if internet disconnected and backup to locally attached drives).
This is the hated W8 creeping in again via the back door.Īpart from say improving performance, fixing any errors and adding support for possibly larger / newer disks IMO they should leave the product alone. There's also a trend to make everything look like it's running from a mobile phone - i.e via Tiles with no decent menu system.
Hope the interface stays roughly the same -I've often found companies start adding a load of extra features and bloat - on a basic backup / restore program you don't need to add a zillion of "features".
